Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the entire Hot Galley operation;
  • Manage the Hot Galley Staff and ensure that the Galley equipment is maintained properly, that the highest standards of cleanliness are kept and that safe food handling is practiced at all times.

 

Job Qualifications:

·         Must have at least 1 year work experience as Sous Chef, assigned in Hot Kitchen, in 5-Star Hotels, Integrated Resorts or Cruise ships;

·         Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago;

·      No visible body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape etc.).
