PASTRY PORTS : EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Principal Employer: PASTRY PORTS
Responsible for the overall operations of the business and involves creating and managing the menu, designing, and implementing the kitchen operational processes, managing product/kitchen supplies and raw materials and ingredient costs, delegating day to day tasks to all employees assigned in the production area and ensuring a good quality product of cakes, chocolates, pastries and juices.
Must have a minimum of 6 years work experience as Executive Pastry Chef or related work experience in a 5-star hotel, cruise and airline catering service;
Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago;
Preferably with no visible body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape etc.)
