Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the overall operations of the business and involves creating and managing the menu, designing, and implementing the kitchen operational processes, managing product/kitchen supplies and raw materials and ingredient costs, delegating day to day tasks to all employees assigned in the production area and ensuring a good quality product of cakes, chocolates, pastries and juices.

 

Job Qualifications:          

  • Must have at least 5 years work experience as Executive Pastry Chef or related work experience in Cruise ships, 5-Star Hotels or Airline Catering Services;
  • No visible body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape etc.).
