The Homer Foundation is a non-stock, non-profit corporate foundation of Magsaysay, a concrete manifestation of its strong commitment to corporate social responsibility. Homer’s programs are directed to the social and economic developmental needs of seafarers and their families, as well as the less privileged communities in areas where Magsaysay companies operate.

Its programs include Education, Culture and Arts Enhancement, Family Health and Child Care, Entrepreneurship Development, Financial Management, Adopt-a-School, Volunteerism, Community Empowerment and Environment Protection.
