What are the jobs available here in “Job Search”
“Job Search” features all vacancies from all job specializations here in Magsaysay.

What do I need to do if I want to view available jobs in just 1 specialization?
Just click the drop-down arrow below “Sort by Specialization”, choose a specific specialization, and it will automatically show the available jobs in that field. If you want to see the list of all vacancies from all job specializations, just click “list all jobs”.

What if I want to limit the drop-down feature to just specializations from my preferred line of work?
Kindly go to “Job Matches” page as it only has job specializations from your selected line of work and will just show related job vacancies.

I’m interested to apply as a secretary. Is there a way for me to know if there are job vacancies from the different specializations but of the same position?
Yes, just type “secretary” in the “position description” box then click “search” and all the secretarial vacancies from your desired specializations will appear. You don’t have to click the drop-down arrow feature for this.

I already found the job I’m searching for. How do I apply for that vacancy?
Just click “apply” and a popup message containing the description and requirements of the job will appear. If you strongly believe that you are the person best suited for the job, click “submit application” and you will automatically be part of the talent pool for that particular position.

Definition of Terms:
Personal Information
Name Suffix – this follows your full name to provide additional information about you.
Example: Choose “JR” if you’re given exactly the same name as your parent.

Identification – choose 1 government-issued ID from the list then enter the ID number for authentication

Contact Information
Zip Code – this is the postal code assigned in your town/city used for faster and more efficient travel of mails. If you don’t know your local zip code, please click “zip code” to find it.

Email – this is an internet-based mail where you will be receiving job alerts matched to your qualifications.

Educational Background Level – kindly indicate your highest educational attainment Example: High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, College Degree, Master’s Degree, Professional License, Doctorate Degree, etc

Latest Employment
Position Level – the rank of the position you handled Example: Experienced Employee, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Captain, etc.

Specialization – the type of work you did Ex. Sales, Marketing, Entertainment, Hotel and Tourism, etc.

Preferred Specialization
Job Specialization is the type of work you do or are interested in doing. It is different from the industry you are working in. Example: If you are a Singer working in the Hotel industry, your Job Specialization is Entertainment.

Select only Job Specializations in your preferred line of work if you want jobs that best match your qualifications. If you want more job matches, select all Job Specializations that interest you. (You can change your chosen Job Specialization anytime you like. Just go to My Biodata, edit “Preferred Specialization” field, then click Save)

Availability Status
Kindly enter the date when you will be available for employment
 
Change Password

How many times can I change my password?
You have the option to change your password anytime as you like but please make sure that you keep secure your new password to avoid confusion and difficulties when logging-in. And for the safety and security of your personal information, make sure that you keep your log-in details to yourself and always log-out after visiting the site.
 
Job Matches Help

What are the jobs available here in “Job Matches”
“Job Matches” features all available jobs best matched to your job specializations as selected when you filled out “My Biodata”.

I have selected 5 job specializations in “My Biodata”. What do I need to do if I want to view available jobs in just 1 specialization?
Just click the drop-down arrow feature below “Sort by Specialization”, choose a specific specialization, and it will automatically show the available jobs in that field. If you want to see the list of all available jobs in your preferred line of work, just click “list all jobs”

Yes, just type “cook” in the “position description” box then click “search” and all the cook vacancies from your desired specializations will appear. You don’t have to click the drop-down arrow feature for this.

What do I need to enter?
Skill
Kindly enter the name of a skill you possess which you believe is relevant to the position you are applying for.
Example: File Management, Serving, Typing, Driving

Years of Experience
The number of years you have been using or practicing a particular skill.

*Specialization
The type of work where you have been using a certain skill.

*Proficiency
The rating you give yourself on how capable you are at a particular skill such as: 

Beginner – you just have started using or practicing the skill

Advanced – you have already used the skill for a certain number of years and are very       familiar with its basic principles

Intermediate – very experienced and has already mastered all aspects of the skill for a substantial number of years

What if I have more relevant skills and would also like to put them in My Biodata? Just click “save and add new” then enter a new skill and supporting details. Follow the same procedure if you wish to add more.

What do I need to enter?
*Professional License
A professional license is a document you acquire after passing a training or an examination designed for the unique requirements of a specific industry. Obtaining a license is also required for a number of jobs where maintenance of standards is necessary to protect public safety and safeguard national security.

*Date Issued
The complete date when you received the license.

*Valid Until
As indicated in your card/certificate, this is the last day that your license will be recognized as a legitimate document. Ideally, a request for a renewal of license should be done at least a year before its expiration (if still needed)

Score
Kindly indicate the score that you got when you took a specific examination required for licensure (only if applicable)

*Rating
Please enter the final status of your examination based on the standards set for the test.

License/Registration Number
As indicated in the card/certificate, this is the number that authenticates your license.

What if I have more relevant professional licenses and would also like to enter them in My Biodata?
Just click “save and add new” then enter a new professional license and supporting details. Follow the same procedure if you wish to add more.

What do I need to enter?
*Document
From the list, please select your travel documents that are readily available, especially those that you know are necessary for the position you are applying for.

Number
Kindly enter the travel document number indicated in your contract/seaman’s book/certificate or license.

*Date Issued
The complete date when the travel document was granted.

*Valid Until
As indicated in your book/certificate, this is the last day that your travel document will be considered as legitimate. Ideally, a request for a renewal of travel documents should be done at least a year before its expiration (if still needed)

Place of Issue
Identify the country where the travel document was issued.

What do I need to enter?
*Certification
A certification is a designation you have earned after passing a course to assure that you are qualified to work and perform a particular task.

*Attended From
The complete date when the certification course formally started.

*To
The complete date when the certification course formally ended.

*Date
Issued The complete date when the certificate was awarded.

Training Center/Institution
The place where the certification course was facilitated.

What if I have more training certificates and would also like to enter them in My Biodata?
Just click “save and add new” then enter a new training certificate and supporting details. Follow the same procedure if you wish to add more.

What do I need to enter?

*Type
From the list, kindly choose a government-issued ID that you would like to enter and be part of your “My Biodata”.

ID Number
As indicated in the card/certificate, this is the number that recognizes and authenticates your ID.

Place Issued
Identify the province or city where the government ID was issued.

*Date Issued
The complete date when the government ID was given out.

What if I have more government IDs and would also like to enter them in My Biodata?
